This “joiner” is made from food grade plastic and puts the 2 tubes face to face so you can transfer the toothpaste from one tube to the other with no mess.

Refill your travel tubes from the larger and more economical tube.  I know it fits Colgate and I assme it will fit others.

The central light is a copy of an item in a Danish museum but mine has an LED string in the middle capable of changing colors.  The clock 1 meter across.  The white outside and black markers are printed.  The processor is an ESP32 C3.  It can do tricks like run backward and spin a happy dance on the hour.  Just a fun project.
